Why choose the ESPÉ Executive MSc?

You are working and you want to train in psychology either for a retraining or to complete your range of skills? This program has been designed to allow you to reconcile your professional life and your advanced training in psychology.

The Executive Master of Science (Executive MSc) offers a new format:

​

  • the first year, the courses are grouped over 6 intensive weeks spread over the year (2 weeks in October/November, 1 week in January, 2 weeks in March/April, 1 week in June). This first year is centered on the fundamentals of psychological approaches as well as first practical courses

​

  • the first semester of the second year is designed on the same model with 3 weeks of grouping planned in advance

​

  • the second semester of the second year is totally dedicated to the Executive MSc and is not compatible with a professional activity. Indeed, the weeks of classes alternate with the weeks of practice within the ESPÉ training center

​

  • After this period, you complete a 3-month internship (or 500 hours) in an institution with an experienced psychologist internship supervisor

​​

  • You must also support a research dissertation

​

This program is demanding because it is based on reverse pedagogy which requires significant personal work of preparation and reading upstream of the groups.
